To celebrate our last night of our three-week vacation together Matt and I grabbed a bottle of wine to share with dinner. I made Lemon Soy Sauce chicken with roasted garlic asparagus and jasmine rice. We picked a mild Chardonnay to go with the white meat and it was really good! I am not a HUGE fan of Chardonnay but every once in a while it can taste wonderful. It’s Fritz Winery’s Vintage 2008 Chardonnay. It was very smooth and sweet without being overwhelming. It went great with our dinner. Retail is listed at $25, but we got it for $20 at Gelson’s. And it was definitely worth that price.
